Bob Salter started Crossroads Concrete Inc in 2005 after working with one of the largest construction companies in the area. Bob focuses on estimating, scheduling, and overseeing the daily operations for CCI. When he is not working, Bob enjoys hanging out with his wife, attending his kids' activities, exploring real estate opportunities, fishing, and grilling.

Jake Lewis has been with Crossroads Concrete Inc since 2010 and brings a variety of construction experience to our company. Jake spends his time on the jobsites leading his crew. Customers appreciate his attention to the details of their individual project. When he is not working, Jake enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing, and going to his family's lake house.
